Specializes in auto insurance and provides its clients with a unique insurance service - remote settlement without visiting the insurance company office and quality control and terms of restoration of the insured car after payment at partner service stations. Мені не виплатили кошти, як потерпілій в ДТП. Розумних і вмотивованих відповідей не дають. При спробі вияснити ситуацію опрератори контакт центру не можуть відповісти на запитання, або ухиляються від відповіді. Не страхуйтесь тут, бо крім втраченого часу нічого не отримаєте. На сайті цієї компанії не має можливості залишити реальний відгук, а ті що там написані куплені за гроші, повірте сама колись як копірайтер таке писала.

Зимой в меня вьехали сзади на светофоре. Были разбиты бампер, крыло, фара. Киа Сид кредитная, с полным каско. Правил не нарушала, сразу позвонила на горячую линию и все рассказала. Очень сильно нервничала, будет ли выплата и когда. Я без машины как без рук. Немного успокоилась, когда объяснили - куда ехать и что делать, какие документы собирать. Набрала мастера ремонтника с оф.СТО и записалась на осмотр на следующий день, у него же оформили все заявления. Далее пришлось еще пару недель подождать подтверждений от полиции и банка - наконец после этого страховая выплатила деньги на станцию. Там еще не менее дней 15 ремонтировали, но вернули авто почти как новое.
Нормальна страхова, адекватні експерти. Все зробили не просто в термін, а набагато швидше. Виплата по цивілці (винуватець клієнт компаніі) - 27 тисяч.
Страховий випадок стався лише один раз давно, через свою неуважність трохи в’їхала в зад в заторі. Вм'ятина була виправлена. Весь процес врегулювання пройшов швидко. Питань до роботи компанії немає.
Если бы не операторы контакт-центра, которые не всегдя владеют нужной информацией, поставил бы 9 из 10. После другой компании, в которой меня год назад промурыжили с выплатой по цивилке, Экспресс приятно удивил.
