The TAS Insurance Group has been operating in the insurance market of Ukraine since October 1998, it is part of the Investment and Financial Group along with other well-known trade, financial and industrial structures. A quarter of the revenues were received from the Green Card policy (almost 116 million hryvnias).

The insurance company is a member of the Motor Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, as well as the Marine Insurance Bureau of Ukraine. TAS is also a member of the First All-Ukrainian Credit Histories Bureau and the Federation of Insurance Intermediaries of Ukraine.

The regional network of the insurance group is quite extensive, it is represented by 29 regional directorates and branches, 450 sales offices.
