On September 30, 2017, a client of "SK ASKO DS" under a MTPL contract was driving on the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway in his CHEVROLET LACETTI car while intoxicated. As a result, he became the culprit of an accident, colliding with a SKODA OCTAVIA car.
The amount of damage caused to the driver of the SKODA OCTAVIA amounted to UAH 151,636.76. The liability limit of "Insurance Company ASKO DS" under a MTPL contract was UAH 100,000. The deductible (part of the damage that is not subject to compensation by the insurer to the insured) under this contract is UAH 1,000.
Thus, "SK ASKO DS" On October 30, 2017, the insurance company paid the driver of the damaged SKODA OCTAVIA insurance compensation in the amount of UAH 99,000.
