TAS Group ratings updated to uaAA and uaAins levels

The Credit-Rating rating agency announced the confirmation of the long-term credit rating of PJSC "Insurance Group "TAS" at the uaAA level with a "stable" forecast.

In addition, according to the decision of the rating committee, the insurer's reliability rating was also confirmed at the uaAins level.

In the process of updating the ratings of the TAS Insurance Group, the experts of the Credit-Rating agency used the company's financial statements for the first half of the current year, as well as the insurer's internal information provided by it representatives.

It is worth emphasizing that the uaAA credit rating is assigned exclusively to companies with very high creditworthiness compared to other market participants, and a stable forecast indicates the absence of prerequisites for a change in the rating during the year. In turn, the uaAins rating indicates the high reliability of the insurer, its solvency and ability to fulfill its obligations under insurance contracts, as well as the significant competitive advantages of the insurance company and its high financial indicators.

Let us recall that according to the results of the first half of the current year, SG "TAS" attracted UAH 631.06 million in insurance payments and paid UAH 256.92 million in compensation.

It remains to add that the main factors supporting the rating levels include the insurer's leading positions in the market, a wide-ranging network of regional divisions, a balanced insurance portfolio, a low level of debt load, information openness and transparency, etc.
