The composition of the Board of Directors has changed at Alfa Insurance Company

At the meeting of the Supervisory Board held on September 26, 2017, a decision was made to appoint Oksana Rudenko to the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Alfa Insurance Insurance Company. Prior to that, Ms. Rudenko held the position of Director for the Organization of the SMS Service at Alfa Insurance Insurance Company. Oksana Rudenko will assume her new position on September 27, 2017, with a term of office until December 31, 2018.

At the same time, the term of office of the Member of the Board, Financial Director Olena Sabarina was extended until December 31, 2018.

As of September 27, 2017, the Board of Alfa Insurance Insurance Company includes:

• Iryna Hevel, Chairman of the Board;
• Oksana Rudenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Board;
• Olena Sabarina, Financial Director.
