SG "TAS" topped the MTIBU rating in terms of the amount of payments

The Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine has published a report on the results of the compulsory «autocivilka» market in the 2nd quarter.

So, as statistics show, the average settlement period for insurance claims under OSCPV policies for compensation for damage caused to property in April - June was 89 days, which is four days more than in the 1st quarter.

At the same time, only 22 insurers from all MTIBU members have an average settlement period that does not exceed the maximum, according to the law, period for compensation for losses - 90 days from the date of submitting an application for payment. It is worth noting that Insurance Group «TAS» entered the «three» leaders of the MTIBU rating for promptness of payments - the company's term for compensation of losses is 63 days!

The leading place among the market leaders of the Insurance Group "TAS" was also taken by the indicator of the number of compulsory civil liability insurance contracts concluded during the second quarter of the year: in three months, the insurer issued 257 thousand "auto civil liability" policies, the amount of premiums for which amounted to UAH 131.229 million.

At the same time, in terms of the amount of payments made under the OSCPV policies, the Insurance Group "TAS" continues to hold undisputed leadership - during April - June, the insurer compensated the victims with UAH 51 million, which is the highest figure on the market.
